Outdoor trashcan brings people convenience, but leads to some problems: The homeless rummaging it, so that causes environmental mess. The trashcan has been overflowing, people still throw trash it leads to emit a stench. Those problems make dirty and affect the city appearance.   

City Gophers is a outdoor trashcan which like a Gophers which hide in their cave underground. When it is full, it will down to underground and lock. Meanwhile, it will deliver a signal to the device, and remind the street cleaners where the trash can is full. Down to underground and lock could prevent the problem, such as : still throw trash, emitting a stench, breed the vermin, rummaging trash. It make our city more clean & make the street cleaners more convenience !
